This recruitment is aimed at supporting the growth of the Performance Improvement business unit, which provides clients with training and consulting projects in Lean Transformation at both the national and international level.

A trained professional, responsible to the Managing Director and the company’s partners, you will set up and supervise consulting projects through the involvement of numerous resources, both internal and also the clients’, in order to achieve the contractually agreed results and performance.

You will also contribute to defining of contractual KPIs and to support commercial management in technical meetings with the customer.

As Project Leader, you will be responsible for the economic performance of the Project itself, its delivery and managing the relationship with the client, through regular meetings and the Steering Committee.

The professional we are looking for should meet the following criteria:

  • At least 10 years of experience in consulting firms
  • A degree in engineering
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing, or Lean Office (Supply Chain, Procurement, S&OP)
  • Excellent leadership and management skills and should be capable of  autonomously coordinating projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an experienced public speaker
  • Flexible and adaptable in terms of ability to work in both SMEs and multinationals
  • Fluent English
  • Able to work throughout Italy and internationally

Traineeships and Internships

We are looking for a Lean consultant for our Performance Improvement business unit who will join our senior managers & Lean Master in operational consultancy projects for our clients.

Under the supervision of the project lead, you will learn how to apply Lean manufacturing and Lean thinking methodologies such as: 5S, OEE, SMED, Kanban, Heijunka box, A3 problem-solving, Value Stream Mapping, spaghetti charts, etc.

You will participate in re-layout projects of manufacturing departments, supporting the customer team in creating process standards, applying the Deming PDCA cycle, with the aim of reducing waste throughout the value chain and leading to increased business performance.

The following are required:

  • Master’s degree in managerial or mechanical engineering with high grades
  • Good English
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly focused on results
  • Availability to travel nationwide
