Extreme productivity, high expectations, competition, rapid changes of direction, resignations, stress, anxiety: The biggest challenges of our time are the twin achievements of high business performance and greater well-being.
Often, individual and corporate forms of organisation are not conducive to simplifying individual and team management. Indeed, due to frequently non-optimised business cultures, there is a gradual loss of energy at different levels resulting in the human resources available within a company being devalued.
The Lean Lifestyle® methodology developed by Lenovys puts forward Lean Management in its most social and organisational terms, with the aim of minimising the waste caused by human nature, consequently leading to a combined increase in both performance and well-being. This introductory training course dedicated to Executives is designed to share the basic principles of the Lean Lifestyle® necessary to trigger a profitable transformation in the company.
The key aspect of this intensive two day seminar has a dual focus: On the one hand, the goal is to obtain greater time and energy for strategic managerial and personal activities, and on the other, to guide, motivate and enable teams to adopt a model of continuous self-improvement. The course focuses first on personal excellence as a manager, then on the ability to drive ambitious teams in a variety of contexts, by sharing a common and motivating vision as well as values.
The principles never forget about seeking a constant balance between work/life and company activities which will ensure long-term sustainability and excellence for both individuals and for the company.
