3 uncomfortable truths about AI

What we’ve learned after 2 years of AI in business

Over the past two years, we’ve met many people and worked with numerous companies, and we realized one thing: almost everyone thought AI would give them more time and peace of mind.

Both on a personal and corporate level. It was the implicit expectation in every conversation: fewer manual tasks, less pressure, more room to think and to live, on a personal level. Higher productivity, lower costs, better performance in less time, on a corporate level.

The truth we’ve witnessed on the ground is brutal: AI doesn’t change who you are, it amplifies who you are. AI doesn’t change your company, it exacerbates what it already is today.

If your way of working is frantic, messy, and chaotic, in a constant chase after the latest task, AI will only speed up your chaos, making you faster at doing things you should have eliminated. If processes in your company are slow, cumbersome, and iterative, AI on its own won’t work miracles, let alone will you notice any tangible effects on the end-of-year balance sheet.

Is AI useful or not? Of course it is, but…

The September 11 webinar is not a technology lesson, but a manifesto against the illusion that algorithms can replace discipline, clarity, and the courage to unlearn. It is a hand-to-hand combat with the reality of uncertainty: either you govern change, or change governs you.

The three uncomfortable truths we will address during the webinar

The illusion of the tech shortcut.
Searching in AI for a quick fix for a lack of leadership and culture is an illusion that doesn’t solve underlying issues, but merely patches them up on the surface.

The army of tech mules.
In companies, we are training hordes of employees to be lightning-fast at accelerating collective disorder. We are doing the same old wrong things “faster,” without improving the quality of the decisions that truly matter.

The theft of emotional peace.
We are trading our mental health, balance, and quality of thought in exchange for a frantic, toxic, and out-of-control speed.

We won’t just look at the eye of the storm!

During the webinar, together with Luciano Attolico, CEO of Lenovys, we will share concrete countermeasures and operational strategies born from these two years of field experience that have proven capable of reversing the course and transforming this technological revolution into a real opportunity for excellence. For you and for your company.
