Secondo Jamais Cascio, uno dei Top 100 Global Thinkers e membro dell’Institute For The Future, oggi ci troviamo di fronte ad un mondo BANI, Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, Incomprehensible.
In questo scenario i modelli di gestione del passato si dimostrano inefficaci. Eppure la necessità delle aziende di eseguire rapidamente e in maniera efficace progetti di varia natura (sviluppo nuovi prodotti, riduzione costi, revisioni organizzative, etc.) sono rimaste inalterate.
