NtFood and Lenovys together for a vision: bringing well-being inside and outside the company

We are very happy to be able to work alongside NtFood to cultivate the entrepreneurial vision of the Del Carlo sisters together: to bring well-being inside and outside the company.

Nt Food was founded in 1989 in Tuscany in Altopascio, a historic bread city, known since the Middle Ages for the hospitality reserved for pilgrims traveling along the Via Francigena. In the early days, there were 4 people who were looking at a business that was still immature, but in 2019 the company had profoundly changed its skin: 3 production plants, a consolidated position on the market, a dimensional change that imposed the need for a new, leaner organization capable of managing and directing the more than 180 people on staff.

In 2019 NtFood, with Lenovys at its side, undertook a reorganization process with a Lean Lifestyle Company perspective with the aim of consolidating and making the company’s growth sustainable.
The path in these 3 years has touched many aspects, with a constant and gradual evolution both in the managerial culture and in the operational activities.
The initial Envisioning and Strategy Deployment project allowed the development of a high-impact and efficiency path, led to a structured and shared plan for the future of the company and channeled personal energies by aligning all management on the company’s founding aspects, namely the Values and Vision of the company.

The Lean Lifestyle Company approach has been able to ensure consistency and synergy between all the company initiatives undertaken over the years, and thanks also to the strong corporate culture of Nt Food and the enlightened guidance of the entrepreneurs, it has produced very impactful results
on business prosperity and people’s well-being.
As Lenovys, we are very proud to have contributed to bringing out and using
all the potential of this excellent Italian company.

After years of experience, Strategy Deployment has established itself as a managerial practice for guiding the company on all strategic aspects.

The hoshin-kanri management process has enabled people to be empowered, to really get them on board and at the same time the property has been able to focus on the periodic review of improvement projects.
The work flows smoothly because everyone has shared goals and is clear on what to do.

The collaboration between Nt Food and Lenovys is based on a shared vision: we must start from the concept of well-being within an organization. For Nt Food wellness means creating an organizational structure in which each person knows exactly where he is, what direction he must go, on what he should focus, and on what he is measured. He knows that he is not an isolated individual, but fits into a well-defined and traced fabric of relationships and flows. Well-being means valuing people and enabling them to reach their full potential. There have been many training projects in recent years.
