Lean Lifestyle® Leadership

The Master

How many times have you found that all the efforts you make in the company, albeit substantial, do not produce the results you hoped for? How many times have investments in resources, time and human capital not yielded the success you were aiming for? Do you feel overwhelmed by deadlines? The more you work, the longer the to-do list gets?

Despite all the knowledge and technology available to companies and individuals, overwork hardly ever turns into excellent results, and leads us into a state of frenzy and ever-increasing anxiety.

And it is not just an economic issue, but also and above all a continuous search for balance and balancing acts: work, results and private life. The stakes are so high that it is absolutely necessary to slow down, reflect and choose to act differently.

Why adopt the
Lean Lifestyle® Method

To express the best of ourselves, with minimal effort

To be able to generate physical, emotional, and mental energy in ourselves and around us

To lead, grow and empower your team through daily support to achieve results

To build a common vision that deeply guides and stimulates people in the company

To become an example of excellence in private life, in business and in society

In an extremely competitive world, inside and outside companies, we are obsessed with results and often do not realize that the way we are getting them unnecessarily burns our best physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energies. We are no longer able to stop and reflect on the fact that we could achieve much more with much less effort and waste of resources.

The consequence is the consolidation of work habits that in many cases do not promote the well-being of people and the enhancement of available human potential.
How many times, for example, do we find ourselves overwhelmed by a thousand activities and problems to solve, which perhaps could have been solved by our employees if properly prepared, involved and followed? Focusing exclusively on business processes contributes significantly to improving business performance.
But if nothing is done to improve the performance of the people who work in the company every day, together with the improvement of their well-being, no change project is sustainable over time.
This is why we created the Lean Lifestyle®.

The Lean Lifestyle® is a managerial methodology that aims to revolutionize the way of doing business.
It has its roots in Lean Thinking, the Toyota-born philosophy that aims to increase value and reduce waste in the company, and addresses the most neglected category of waste in companies: those relating to people.

By eliminating waste on a social level, we will obtain more valued people, more effective and efficient, more satisfied and motivated, with more well-being, and consequently companies will find a new harmony that promotes and accelerates overall growth and increased performance.

What you will obtain
For you

  • Improvement of professional performance
  • Simplification and streamlining of your life
  • More free time to devote to what has the most value for you and your company
  • More physical, mental and emotional energy with a consequent increase in personal well-being
  • Maintenance and improvement of results achieved over time
  • Improvement of work-life balance
  • Ability to design new individual habits

What you will obtain
For your team

  • Improvement and maintenance of team results
  • Greater organizational effectiveness and problem solving at all levels
  • More motivated and involved people, better energy and team spirit
  • Greater effectiveness and sustainability of change processes in the company
  • Growth of the team’s potential by fully enhancing their resources
  • Creation of a common vision in the company, with a unique strategy and aligned objectives
  • Ability to design new organizational habits

The pyramid of
Lean Lifestyle®

1

Personal Excellence

The Lean Lifestyle® journey starts with ourselves. From the ability to express the best of ourselves with minimal effort.

It is our responsibility to develop our skills to give the maximum value to ourselves, our group and the community. It is our task to know how to eliminate time wasting and the now rampant loss of focus.

No one can replace us in the journey towards discovering our individual excellence.

2

Energy

It is very common to feel tired, frustrated, not in full physical, mental and emotional shape, due to numerous external and internal factors.

The loss of energy is directly reflected in our intellectual and managerial performance.
The ability to generate energy in us, and around us, is therefore a fundamental skill.
Energy in people is generated through our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual components.

If we don’t become hyper-competent in generating energy, external events will always have the upper hand over us and our performance.

3

People Development

A Lean Leader stands out for the ability to enhance and develop the full potential of the team, by guiding employees not as a “boss”, but as a “coach”. Therefore, having at heart their continuous learning and their operational autonomy.

People’s development is achieved through daily support to obtain results. How?
By setting up systems and habits capable of favoring the daily achievement of concrete results (daily management), in full respect of the spirit of continuous incremental improvement (kaizen).

4

Vision

In companies, behaviour is often out of line with the stated values. The company strategies fail to be translated into concrete actions that bind all people within the company. The objectives are often conflicting.

To promote the cohesion of the whole company around the common vision, Lean Leaders share the reasons for the distribution of aligned and complementary objectives, never conflicting with each other, they work deeply to truly live inspiring values for people with a future vision that gives meaning and inspiration.

5

Lifestyle Excellence

A Lean leader is an example of excellence in all areas of life. And recognizes the centrality of the person in the budget of all its activities, from those working to those leisure, from those purely individual to those family and service to their community.

The personal interest is balanced and also put at the service of the ever greater interest. To build something important in the only life he has at his disposal.

Executive Master Lean Lifestyle® spot

Luciano Attolico taught me that it is not only companies that can benefit from the Lean philosophy, but all of us, both in our professional and domestic lives. Nothing is further from the guru and the magic recipes than Attolico and his words.  Study, application and exercise are the real lesson to be learned and the key to any lasting success in business and life.
Ilaria Visentini
Journalist Il Sole-24 Ore
I came here with great curiosity and openness and found much on more than one front: personal, corporate and organizational. I have focused mainly on work, organization and planning. And on a personal level the added value is undoubtedly the discovery of a vision for the future.
Antonio Di Pancrazio
Dexio - CEO
It was the first course that attracted me and made me grow without feeling tired, as well as helping me to question myself by helping me to know myself better and stimulating me to continuous improvement.  It makes us reason and grow, which in recent times we are no longer used to.
Renzo Zarantonello
ADACI - former Presidente
I decided to take this training because I needed to recharge my batteries. I wanted to find my positive energy at an important moment in my professional life and I found here much more than I expected. I found my energies again and face a further step forward, that is to be able to transform this energy into a new path.
Alfredo Colombo
Colombo Tailor made Interiors - Entrepreneur and Designer
Luciano has an incredible and admirable ability to “occupy” the classroom, keeping attention and concentration high.
Simona Segato
Lean & Quality System Manager Voestalpine High Performance Metals Italia S.p.A.
He gave me important ideas on which to focus in order to have a restructuring of my professional figure.
Luca Contiero
R&D Researcher Cromology Italia
It was an exceptional experience: the great strength of this Master is the availability of tools that can help to make order. Moreover, I found the testimonies of immeasurable value.
Michele Castiglioni
Former Logistic Engineer and Change Manager, Stanley Black & Decker
The thing I liked most was the originality of the course theme, something really special and treated with great care.
Luca Patrioli
Forging Director Lucchini RS
This course satisfies the need that I already felt inside of me: to find ways and tools for a proper balance between work and private life.
Aldo Calvello
R&D Application Engineering Manager Faulhaber Minimotor SA
What has been particularly useful to me is learning how to program my habits: I have abandoned the old and harmful ones and built new ones.
Agnese Pelliconi
Quality, Safety & Process Management at Sacmi
From the point of view of the organization is flawless with a dynamic time management. The course is energizing and above all it is never tiring. Nothing is ever certain: every minute is a new discovery.
Pietro Bravaccini
Operations Planner at Vossloh-Schwabe Italia
The advantage of the Master is, from the beginning, a personal growth: you can be able to do better the things you already do, you can help and grow others, you can work on your waste to find spaces to do things that you now want to do but cannot do.
It’s the realization of a dream: I had really high expectations, I expected something disruptive.  The participant has a fantastic experience and every aspect is taken care of.
Arianna Gobbo
former Lean Manager, Labomar
It has greatly stimulated my curiosity for change. I thought I was already at this stage and instead, I found I was light years behind. With the right tools and techniques to change, I found that there was enormous scope for improvement.
Lucio Fenati
Planner and Head of the Packaging Department, Orogel
In a few days, topics and tools are presented, applied to the company, which can be used immediately. This is the value of the course: in books you learn theory, but there is no comparison with the application of the theory.
Federico Vannini
Plant Manager, Sofidel
The thing I liked most about Lenovys was its clear approach, in many ways practical and laid on us. They have resorted to everything necessary to involve people.
Radu Cotuna
Frigoglass - Plant Manager
I found an effective method, a feasible way to change and grow my skills, and therefore also my company. Now I know that what I want is not only achievable, but even desirable.
Guido Carone
Moreggia & C. S.p.A. - Quality Manager
Working in the Lean Office has allowed me to face a new challenge every day, sharing efforts and results for the achievement of each goal.  Creating a harmonious and stimulating work environment, where working is more of a pleasure than a commitment and where people are valued and motivated by each other, I think it’s the winning key to grow exponentially. These two years have given me emotions, satisfaction, motivation and a great desire to do better and better, having fun and with the least effort possible, as the Lean Lifestyle teaches.
Annacarla Loperfido
Continuous Improvement Agent Master
I have delved into myself and focused my attention on what I want to achieve, do and improve in my life, not just work.
Cosetta Carretti
Cna Servizi Prato - Director
It’s the first time I find such a visceral combination between work performance and well-being of the person. With the master I have acquired new important tools, I feel strengthened, thanks to which I am convinced that from now on my actions can have more and more impact on those around me.
Angela Grilenzoni
Campari - Quality, Research and Development Manager
The Executive Master was for me the most complete and intense training activity, providing me with many skills necessary for my growth and that of the company.
Angelo Campi
Toyota Material - Special & Customization Unit Director
I came here with great curiosity and openness and found much on more than one front: personal, corporate and organizational. I have focused mainly on work, organization and planning. And on a personal level the added value is undoubtedly the discovery of a vision for the future.
Antonio Di Pancrazio
CEO - Dexio
It was the first course that attracted me and made me grow without feeling tired, as well as helping me to question myself by helping me to know myself better and stimulating me to continuous improvement.  It makes us reason and grow, which in recent times we are no longer used to.
Renzo Zarantonello
ADACI - former President
Cristina Frigo
Responsabile Gestione e Sviluppo Personale, Acciaierie Bertoli Safau
Paola Artioli
CEO ASO Holding e Presidente Fondazione AIB
