Intensive Masterclass Lean Manufacturing as a lever for EBITDA

The Lean approach can provide great results in response to current challenges as long as you know how to adapt it according to the changed competitive context and understand the real impact on the company’s EBITDA.
All in continuous “listening” to the innovations that technology and innovation can offer.

This intensive masterclass is aimed at Production and Operations managers and professionals, Industrial and Supply Chain Directors, and Lean Managers who want to deepen their understanding of how Lean principles and tools apply to production processes in the current context to positively impact company EBITDA.

This will not be a simple basic training on the classic Lean Manufacturing tools.

The intensive masterclass will focus on the overall vision of how to achieve a Lean Transformation in Operations with stimuli and ideas to face moments full of variability and uncertainty, such as the current ones.
The training method will focus on how to use Lean principles to generate competitiveness and profitability in an extensive and systematic way. It will deepen theoretical principles and application practice through reflection and sharing among participants.

The global economic outlook remains extremely uncertain. Rising energy and food prices, as well as mortgage costs, are putting a strain on the health of our economies and businesses.

The Russian-Ukrainian war has exacerbated the damage caused by COVID-19 on production chains, often making it difficult to source some critical components.
It is a scenario of great uncertainty, with a global macroeconomic context subject to geopolitical developments, most recently the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, which are further complicating the international situation.
The International Monetary Fund has forecast severe slowdowns in three major economies: the United States, China and Europe. The risk is that we will face a period of recession and rising inflation.
To respond to these changes, we need to focus on effectiveness. What matters most today is the speed with which we make decisions to meet these challenges and the ability of the entire organization to move in the same direction.
The era when it was enough to implement Lean principles and tools in only a few processes to achieve localized efficiency benefits is over.

Participating in the intensive Lean Manufacturing masterclass means learning how to improve business performance to positively impact the company’s EBITDA.
