POR CREO 2014-2020 Call for Proposals

Effective knowledge management is a critical success factor; for this reason, Lenovys has developed a dedicated Knowledge Management (KM) system.
Nell’ambito dei finanziamenti POR CREO 2014 -2020 funding program, Lenovys presented the project “Lenovys LIS 2.0“.

The core idea of the project is to enable Lenovys to grow as a dynamic company through the creation of an innovative KM system that allows the firm to:

• create and share knowledge, both internally and externally, more quickly and effectively.
• enable faster and more appropriate market decisions.

Consequently, two types of KM processes were considered:

• Product Management (PM): Specifically, the management and dissemination of practices developed by Lenovys for consultants and clients – which is collectively known as the “Lenovys Innovation System (LIS) – through an advanced e-learning platform.
• Operational Activity Management (OM): Designed to facilitate faster and more effective market decision-making.
