Lenovys: partnership with Women at Business
Lenovys and Women At Business – the online community promoted by entrepreneurs Laura Basili and Ilaria Cecchini that allows the meeting between female skills and companies through an innovative matching algorithm – have signed a partnership with the aim of helping women and girls to work and do business with more results, agility and well-being.
The one-year partnership aims to develop lean working methods that allow women in the community to achieve a true work-life balance and to be able to express the best of themselves in the company without having to choose between operational efficiency or personal fulfillment.
The meeting between Lenovys and Woman At Business stems from the common awareness that through the evolution of the way of working and doing business, thanks to all the levers of digitization, it is possible to leave a tangible mark that starts from the company boundaries, touches ourselves and the people who work with us, to the point of positively influencing the society and the environment in which we live.
The partnership was inaugurated on July 2, in collaboration with the magazine Millionaire and the publisher Hoepli – with a webinar attended by Laura Basili and Ilaria Cecchini, the journalist Silvia Messa and the CEO of Lenovys Luciano Attolico, author of the book “The Lean Lifestyle Strategy for Businesses.”
After this event, in which reflections and operational advice were shared to work with more results, agility and well-being (here is the link to review the event), the Woman At Business Community will have exclusive access to free workshops and masters at discounted rates promoted by Lenovys.
Through this collaborative project, Lenovys and Woman At Business aim to respond in a new and concrete way to the changes and daily challenges of the world of work with an active commitment linked to continuous training aimed at realizing female potential, to make companies more and more places, both physical and virtual, where it is possible to pursue excellent results and at the same time experience profound well-being, obtain high levels of efficiency and operational agility and at the same time have people who feel fulfilled, proud, motivated and full of energy.
