Lenovys acquires Strategy Innovation, a company founded as a spin-off of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice
Lenovys, a Tinexta Group company, is strengthening its position in the Italian management and strategic consulting sector with the acquisition of Strategy Innovation, a consulting company founded in 2015 as a spin-off of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.
The integration of Lenovys and Strategy Innovation creates a nationally recognized player in its sector, with an expected turnover of approximately 12 million euros by the end of 2026.

Strategy Innovation is now an independent company specializing in purpose-driven innovation, sustainability strategies, digital transformation, organization, and governance. It has a strong presence in the Northeast and extensive experience in sectors such as agribusiness, healthcare, consumer goods, tourism, industry and manufacturing, supplies, and fashion.
The founder and majority shareholder, Professor Carlo Bagnoli, a prominent figure in the national academic landscape who has always been committed to fostering connections between academia and business, comments:
