Crazy for my work!Well-being and work: a conversation with women

Women at Business and Lenovys together to capture the world of women who work and contribute to the growth of companies and society.

Through an anonymous questionnaire with 34 questions, the survey aims to explore the following aspects:

• How and to what extent is female potential expressed in the workplace?
• How to balance the need for professional results with the pursuit of true work-life harmony
• What working methods are being adopted during this complex and uncertain period?
• What level of mental and physical well-being characterizes the daily lives of working women?

This survey aims to capture a snapshot of women’s working conditions by listening to their voices and understanding their real needs.
Reflections on how skills align with the work performed and the role held, to determine if training courses are a genuine need.

Women At Business and Lenovys invite all women to participate in a survey that aims to capture the world of working women, including those who have worked but are currently out of the professional world. This will provide useful and original data that can contribute to the growth of companies and society as a whole.

The survey, completely anonymous, consists of 34 questions, and it takes only 12 minutes to complete.

Please participate in large numbers by Sunday, February 27th. After that date, it will no longer be possible to contribute.

The results of the survey will be made public on the websites of Women at Business and Lenovys.
