Often the concept of energy in a company is associated with what powers the machinery and equipment, thereby optimising the time and resources consumed as well as improving the overall efficiency of production systems. It is difficult to match the concept of energy to another fundamental company resource: the people.

When talking about people, the concept of energy and efficiency is not present in common managerial and entrepreneurial practice. Consequently, it’s absent in the common language of the people in the company.

For example, there are few business plans based on reducing the number of hours worked while still achieving the same results. Yet working 10 hours at 40% efficiency or working 4 hours at 90% efficiency are two situations that are completely different, but this is not usually a common concern of most people in a company.

If we want to introduce the principles of true efficiency into a company’s personnel management we have to consider each individual as a functioning complex energy system. Like any energy system their operational rules and principles must be thoroughly understood before their performance can be truly optimised.

This two-day training course aims to impart the managerial skills to cultivate and increase the energy among the staff in a company. When this happens, there is a double benefit: improved results are achieved within the same time frame, but above all, there is an evident improvement in the well-being of the company’s staff.
