The methodological approach used, the "Lean Thinking", sees the socio-relational aspects as inseparable from the technical ones, making the systemic vision of processes, people and tools as the key factor for innovation and corporate performance.

In order to adapt the Lean model to client companies, we need to know the company thoroughly. And we believe that all the key people within the company should know the internal processes and operation mechanisms in depth. This is why we always start with a mapping of the current value flow (Value Stream Mapping) in order to create a cross-sectional, shared vision of the entire value flow.

For us, "Quick and Dirty" is better than "Slow and Elegant", during our workshops our motto is "Try it!"

For us, leadership is the key to success. We work to form the "Top Leader" who is actively and visibly involved in the new vision setting sessions, as well as in the subsequent stages of implementation.

For us, the Lean method is "Time-Based": the speed at which the system is crossed, is the primary measure of the Lean world. The improvements in quality and costs are a direct consequence.
"Flow Where you Can; Pull Where you Must": put a stream where you can and pull where you have to! The Lean methodology is a systemic approach. One can not implement a set of isolated tools and expect great, sustainable results.

Lean for us is much more than a collection of “Toyota tools”. It is not only for the world of production. The greatest benefits are obtained when this is applied extensively internally, from Product Development to all business support processes. From the services industry to hospitals. From the automobile industry to the processing one. Every size, from small to large. A LEAN system is not fully realized until you can say that all are improving a little every day; for us the Lean System is not built until it achieves this.
