The training of technicians, administrators, workers, managers and all those involved in the change, is crucial for the Lean transformation. Everyone must understand the philosophy that will bring improvements in the future, along with its tools and methods. In the Lean company, everyone should contribute to continuous improvement.

The lean enterprise is based on the philosophy of Gemba "Go and See". The training can not be abstract.

Lenovys training is different because of the tangible and practical part which is purposely designed to transfer knowledge, and is very innovative, containing the experience gained on-site in numerous consulting projects carried out in companies from all sectors.

The Lenovys know-how is constantly updated thanks to a superior commitment and a dense network of interactions with companies and institutions in Europe, USA and Japan. The training can also be customized, "open" or "in company" specific to the needs of various business functions.

We have developed practical exercises for experiential learning, to illustrate the Lean concepts and, when possible, we try to adapt our training to your company practices.

The Lenovys training proposal is built around three key elements:

  • comparison of multidisciplinary experience and expertise
  • practical experience gained on-site together with our customers, which allows us to promote a pragmatic approach
  • continuous innovation in content and delivery methods

We organize our training in ways that cover different needs of our customers:

  • "open" training - where meeting different corporate realities offers starting points for constructive confrontations and cultural exchange
  • "in company" training - customized on company sites and on the specific needs of various business functions
  • training courses for individuals or groups of individuals upon request.

Below is the schedule of our upcoming events and "open" training together with the relevant information sheets and registration forms.
