Financing informationThe training of technicians, administrators, workers, managers and all those involved in the change, is crucial for the Lean transformation. Everyone must understand the philosophy that will bring improvements in the future, along with its tools and methods. In the Lean company, everyone should contribute to continuous improvement.
The lean enterprise is based on the philosophy of Gemba "Go and See". The training can not be abstract.
Lenovys training is different because of the tangible and practical part which is purposely designed to transfer knowledge, and is very innovative, containing the experience gained on-site in numerous consulting projects carried out in companies from all sectors.

We have developed practical exercises for experiential learning, to illustrate the Lean concepts and, when possible, we try to adapt our training to your company practices.
