The Interprofessional Joint Funds may be used to fund educational projects developed in individual, corporate or territorial (eg. via an association of companies) for the training of employees. Interprofessional Funds promote continuing education and distribute to the companies the resources allocated, by law, to training. These resources consist of deductions of 0.30% on the paycheck of every worker in the private sector, public companies and those operating the public services.

If your company does not adhere to an Interprofessional fund for continuing education, these resources are managed by the public system and the company is unable to manage them.
Lenovys uses a specialized partner for the creation and management of funding project to support its clients in the presentation of the training project and funding request.

The design team will proceed to design a specific plan to be submitted and will support the company in the delivery of the plan and in its reporting, as required to receive the payment of the funding. The remuneration of the team will be included in that funding, then no additional costs will be charged to the company.

Our courses and training projects can be funded through the advertisements of Financing Interprofessional Funds (Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti, Fondir, Fondazienda...) or via your account formation of Fund membership.
