We decided to go against the current in the consulting and training industry. Instead of offering you a little bit of everything, like so many others, we decided to specialize in what we do best: Lean Enterprise. We don’t want to do anything else.

We are specialists in Lean transformations for your company: lean manufacturing, lean office, lean product development and processes. Producing more with fewer resources. Launching new products on the market in less time with minimal costs. Greater integration with suppliers: lower costs and higher quality.

This allows us to stand out in the world of consulting, because we only do what we have been trained to do, always striving to do better. There are thousands of consultants and trainers ready to sell you this or that skill, a real or imagined. They attempt to prescribe this or that remedy to help you improve your performance and your skills.

We will not prescribe anything. We believe that companies are simply made by groups of people who work together to achieve objectives and results. And we do not believe that the substantial and lasting improvement of a group of people can be prescribed, or forced, or channeled, as if it were dogma.

All of us have been on what many consultants call "the other side of the fence." We are comprised of former process-engineers, former production managers, former designers, former logistics directors, former technical directors, etc. ... We had to make improvements and bring results. We had to work with short deadlines and support clients that were anxious to receive answers from us. We first learned, then practiced, then led the others; never stopping. We enriched our knowledge and now we teach what we learned on the field, over many years. Even the youngest of our consultants have been at least 3 years in the field with a company, before working with us.
