    Before consultancy, Gianluigi Bielli spent many years in important engineering and aeronautical industries dealing with issues related to product development, industrialization and production.     With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Giuseppe Patania held relevant functions as Maintenance Manager at Saiwa Spa, Quality Director and Plant Director at Valeo Group, acquiring a strong experience in quality systems, development and production. He has been applying Lean systems for more than 15 years and with excellent results. From 2003, as specialized consultant for important Italian and international companies, he is spreading his deep knowledge about principles and culture of the Lean philosophy.

    Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Rome "La Sapienza". In 25 years of activity he has developed a multidisciplinary experience through roles of increasing responsibility and complexity in multinational groups. He has covered the position of Sourcing Director and Operations Director in General Electric Capital Fleet; Purchasing, Logistics, Industrialisation and Methods Manager in the Valeo Group; Operations Director in the Maggiore Rent group; Operations Director in the SAFO group, specialized in added value services for IT. In these positions he has developed a solid experience in quality systems, operations and sourcing. He has achieved "6 Sigma" and "Controllership expert" certifications and he is expert in Lean methodologies, risk management of operational processes, process analysis, process digitalization, in/outsourcing methodologies, negotiating strategies and logistics.

    From 1993 Massimo Redolfi works as consultant and trainer, dealing with Supply Chain Management and Lean Manufacturing.
