The ability to find simple solutions to complex problems is what has distinguished Luciano Attolico in his activity in the company as well as in the consulting services provided, since 1995.
After graduating in Mechanical Engineering, he immediately began to work on Lean Production and Industrialization in new products at MAGNETI MARELLI, where he integrated his knowledge about Lean, together with an important Japanese mentor, Masaaki Yutani, former Operations Manager at Toyota.
After the years spent in MAGNETI MARELLI, he continued his career in major international consulting companies, dealing with Supply Chain, Product Development, Operations Management. As a consultant, Luciano Attolico has supported companies such as CNH, O & K, CARRARO, FIAT HITACHI, CASE, AGUSTA, MTS, JOHNSON ELECTRIC, etc.
Between 2003 and 2007 he worked at Siemens Automotive, and was responsible for the launch of innovative products with high technological content. Luciano Attolico was involved in the development of new production technologies, industrialization of new products and management of production departments. In recent years Luciano Attolico was able to acquire new knowledge on Lean Manufacturing and Lean Product & Process Development, through training and cooperation received from Jeffrey Liker and John Drogosz. He participated in their specialized certification programs at the University of Michigan, in addition to Lean Transformation projects on which he worked with them.
Since 2008, Luciano Attolico has returned to consulting and training, founding Lenovys and becoming the European partner of OPTIPRISE, the American consulting company owned by Jeffrey Liker and John Drogosz - undisputed leaders on the global stage of Lean Development and Lean Office. During the last year, several customers have been guided by Luciano Attolico in the implementation of Lean Product Development and Lean Manufacturing. Among the projects undertaken, a few stand out, by the program extension and relevant results: SACMI, CONTINENTAL, BIASI, LAIKA.
